Location: 1594 Hilltop Drive in San Diego county.
Shape: Basically square with an additional triangle in the back (see drawing).
Area: 1/2 acre.
Services: Water, power, natural gas, septic system, trash pickup, phone service, cable service, Internet service, cell phones and pagers operational.

Palapa gazebo on a raised redwood deck.
Entry courtyard has six foot tall re-circulating fountain in a 6 1/2 foot pool.
